FAA AD 2026-05-06 for Airbus Helicopters addresses fatigue cracks in the tail rotor pitch change spider arms, resulting from increased loads due to degraded bearing stacks in the tail rotor system.
This new AD applies to all Airbus Helicopters Model AS332C, AS332C1, AS332L, AS332L1, and SA330J helicopters, certificated in any category.
Effective Date: April 17, 2026.
