FAA AD 2026-06-02: Bell 429 SCAS Actuator Lockwire Inspection

FAA AD 2026-06-02 requires a one-time inspection of the lockwire installation on the SCAS actuator jam nuts of certain Bell Textron Canada Limited Model 429 helicopters, with corrective rewiring if improperly installed, to prevent potential loosening and control jamming.

Applicability: Bell Textron Canada Limited Model 429 helicopters, certificated in any category, serial numbers 57001 and subsequent equipped with affected SCAS actuator part numbers 429-001-065-107, -109, or -111, as specified in Transport Canada AD CF-2025-16.

Effective Date: April 24, 2026.
